You have something to say.

But social media isn’t cutting it.

Your posts disappear.
Your message gets buried.
And the people who actually need to hear your perspective never see it.

If you want to:

  • Establish your expertise
  • Advocate for a cause you care about
  • Hold decision-makers accountable
  • Reach audiences outside your existing network

Then it’s time to write for the opinion pages.

✍️ This workshop will show you how

In this live, interactive online workshop, you’ll learn how to turn your ideas into compelling op-eds and guest essays that get published and get read.

You don’t need to be a professional writer.
You just need a point of view.

💡 What you’ll walk away with

By the end of this workshop, you will:

✔ Learn the difference between a letter to the editor and an op-ed
✔ Develop a strong, timely op-ed idea rooted in your lived experience or professional expertise
✔ Write a compelling opening paragraph that hooks readers
✔ Learn what opinion editors are actually looking for
✔ Avoid common mistakes that get submissions ignored
✔ Understand how to pitch and place your piece in the right outlets
✔ Gain the confidence to share your voice publicly and effectively

🔥 Why op-eds?

Op-eds are one of the most accessible ways to:

  • Build credibility and authority
  • Influence public opinion
  • Shape conversations in your community
  • Reach readers beyond your social media following

This is how ideas move.
This is how change begins.
